Sasha is located inside the charming The Hacienda hotel. It can seat its patrons inside, or outside. Service is attentive and personable. Atmosphere is delightful! Sitting outside is just a treat, with the breezy, balmy air, and palm trees surroundings. Inside, jazzy music in the evening, or even live piano music, enchant the visitors. Bar service is knowledgeable, and with great selection of drinks. We had one dinner at the restaurant and a few breakfasts. All very nice. The eggs, with bacon, fruit salad (or potatoes), and a biscuit (or toast) was the perfect combo! Protein, fruit, a bit of starch - filling, but balanced and not heavy. Fresh, hot coffee. Very pleased with this charming place!

Wife and I stopped in for breakfast on a Monday at around 9:00. Place was not busy and we were seated right away. Ashley, our waitress suggested we puck a table by a window looking out at the park which we did and the view added to the relaxing vibe of restaurant. Wife had the scrambled egg plate and I had the omelette. Both dishes were cooked perfectly and tasted great, shoutout to Chief Nicole!! Ashley did outstanding job of taking care of us throughout the meal and was also very friendly. Overall it was a very enjoyable and relaxing breakfast and we would definitely eat here again!

We just enjoyed the Valentines dinner at Sasha’s on the Park. Our waitress was Heather. She was a joy. She was friendly, efficient and made our dining experience fabulous! The 4 course dinner was delicious and the choices were excellent. We both enjoyed the surf & turf. Expertly prepared and presented. The appetizer crustini with heirloom tomatoes and burrata was a great start. From beginning to end it was excellent. A very nice touch was the pianist. Thoroughly delightful. Highly recommend I will say that if you’re staying at the hotel and you want a cocktail after dinner you will need to go to another establishment. I was told by the bartender that they were too busy to take walk ins. I was a guest at the hotel and just dropped well over $200 but no matter I had to go to a bar up the street!

First time dining in on a Monday evening. We searched upscale dining and this historic hotel/restaurant was a top suggestion. May Lynn, the bartender on Columbus Day, was fenomenal. The food, however, was uninspiring, lacking vitality and seasoning. We were told we could not course our meal. The atmosphere was quaint although we were the only table outside. The best part of our dining experience was the drinks, especially the Espresso Martini. If only the chef had the passion of the bartender...

Birthday redo! Extra special thanks to the entire staff at The Hacienda Hotel in New Port Richey for inviting us back to enjoy their property and restaurant, Sasha's On The Park! Especially, Danny Banks who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional! From the moment we arrived at this historic 1927 boutique hotel and checked into our Suite we knew our evening was going to be special! We both were very surprised by the Hors d' Oeuvres and chilled bottle of Pinot Noir waiting in our suite. That just peaked our excitement for dinner at, Sasha's On The Park! For our appetizer, we started our amazing meal with the Baked Camembert, warm Camembert cheese brushed with a sweet whiskey glaze and served with a demi baguette and seasonal fruit! For her entree, my Tuesday, Nadeene Stuart-Horak chose the Chicken & Mushroom Gnocchi, potato gnocchi and cremini mushrooms in a flavorful herb cream sauce topped with a crispy sliced chicken breast! My choice was the Grilled Pork Chop served with apple butter demi-glaze, garlic mashed potatoes and grilled broccolini! The Intercept Pinot Noir from California was the perfect compliment! Bon appetit!! Compared to when we were there around 6 weeks ago, the entire experience was totally different and outstanding! The downtown area of New Port Richey was alive and vibrant! It was a ghost town when we were there in August. We enjoyed a stroll around the lake after our yummy meal and then went to a couple of different clubs that had live music. All of this within walking distance from the classic Hacienda Hotel!!

Mai Li is an amazing bartender at Sasha’s—not only can she mix a mean drink, she’s also incredibly personable and attentive to her customers. Connor is just as wonderful—so nice and friendly! They shared the history of the Hacienda and even some ghost stories, which made the experience so comfortable and fun. We enjoyed it so much, we came back for the second time in the same day! Keep up the great work, guys—we will definitely be back to see you!
